  • Project consists of four blocks A, B, C and D.

Conveying Systems
  • Elevators will be provided for all blocks.
  • Capacity of 6 to 8 persons, speed 1.75 to 2m/s for blocks B, C and D.
  • Manufacturers: Mitsubishi, Schindler, Fujitec, Otis, Kone or equivalent.

Mechanical Systems
  • Fire Detection and Protection:
    • Fire safety and fighting systems as per International codes.
    • Fire detection units will be installed, as needed, in parking, circulation zone, elevator entrance halls, etc.
    • Automatics extinguishers will be installed, as needed, in boilers room, fuel stoking, generators, etc.
  • Domestic water:
    • Domestic water will be obtained from main city waters and stored in a water tank in basement levels.
    • Central booster sets shall distribute the domestic water to the project.
